Some Photos of a remodel we did in the winter of 2024. Originally contacted for some exterior upgrades. We were asked to upgrade a bathroom. We suggested adding a master bathroom in what was a master closet. After we drew up a few options, clients decided on this option. The project ended with 2 new bathroom footprints and remodels and an added bathroom, a kitchen remodel and new siding soffits & trims. Although challenging due to some structural issues this was a cool project to work on. The home was built by the grandfather of the current owners. Bitter sweet upgrades, although we may have erased some memories we hope we were able to preserve a home where many more memories can be created by this generation and the ones to come. Exterior work for clients summer home south of town. What began in 2024 as a simple roof replacement grew to a larger exterior transformation. After the crew removed & replaced the original Pabco comp roofing with standing seam metal the following year we removed the vinyl siding replacing it with Nichiha Vintagewood vertical siding. It then progressed to removal of the original funky glulam roof system off the rear deck. New concrete piers were poured as we kept the roof in place while replacing the glulam system with a larger 10x10 timber truss system. Finally completing the project with a new deck and a 5' set of stairs.

Baldy Mountain Project 2020-21 Design by Joseph Gorny of Gorny & Associates Architecture Walnut Creek California. This was a fun project. Lots of concrete we build ground up so concrete through finish. The property has some incredible views of the lake but most importantly framed views of Scotchmans Peak from the great room. Great clients who have become friends and are making their home in Sandpoint.

Schweitzer Project 2023. Custom craftsmanship meets mountain elevation.

Although this lot was somewhat mild compared to other lots on the mountain this home build pushed some limits with elevation & access during construction. Schweitzer’s steep terrain called for a bit of engineering (ironically the clients were both engineers). The crew did a great job navigating the heights.
