We have not posted for awhile but we have not slowed down either. We battled through winter to knock out this project and made it inside just in time for winter to set in. We put a new roof on, fascia, soffit, gutters, resheeted the entire house and all new siding. Then we went inside to redo 2 bathrooms, new flooring and wrapped it all up with new trim throughout the house!

We had the opportunity to knock out jobs for neighbors. The first one we extended the porch roof to match the entire porch, Installed all new azek trim boards to the perimeter, built a new set of stairs, installed new gutters and finished it up by coating the roof.

The 2nd job they wanted an updated ceiling with some new lighting. We installed new Recessed lighting for them and finished it off with a tongue and groove ceiling. Also tackled some leaks on the roof to ensure the updates stay dry for years to come!

This roof had definitely seen better days and was turned down by many. We went in and installed new Fascia, new metal roof and gutters. On the back we resheeted the roof and then installed a new rolled roofing roof to ensure this garage sees many more years to come.

This roof and deck had definitely seen better days! We first went in reframed the flat, installed new sheeting and finished it off with a new rubber roof. We then tackled the deck by tearing it down and not only building a new one but also adding an accessible ramp for his wife. These homeowners were beyond thrilled to be dry again and to get in and out with ease.

We have been very busy the last few months so haven't been able to post as much. We have many more jobs on the schedule for the year and are still taking on additional jobs!
