Another project completed over the last couple of weeks! 💪
We installed frost pads 4 feet down in front of the storefronts to prevent winter frost from affecting the doors and walkways. We also tied in new concrete walks and kept the businesses open throughout the project by installing temporary bridges for customer access.
Another job done right with minimal disruption! 🏗️

Some of the work we’ve done in the last couple weeks. Industrial roadway and staging area. New storm sewer, new curb, and re-engineered for proper drainage.

A surreal moment standing on a 2,000-year-old Roman road with my father and cousin Joe. Moments like this remind us where we come from and the generations before us who built the foundations we still walk on today. We’re incredibly proud of our heritage — and proud to carry that same tradition of hard work and craftsmanship forward in the Samartano family.

Challenging winter project: Beginning stages with Highland Construction on this amazing pool deck. Currently installing grade beams (footers) on top of piles/piers that go down 30 feet to bedrock. A lot of engineering and construction to have this Lake Erie View.
