Scarify and new spf is a dirty job and not for the boys that are scared of hard work. You guys with experience what is the best scarifier blade for tough coating ?

Getting everything moved and set up at a different location to do a 24k sq ft section of this roof.

Some more action. Existing spf is getting shaved down and And primed then getting a fresh layer of foam and urathane coating . 🔨

Watching spray foam go down never gets old . I know a lot of contractors talk trash on spf systems and that’s ok . We personally don’t like epdm and some other single ply brands . Just because you don’t like it or understand it doesn’t make it bad and if you don’t understand it don’t waste your time acting like you do.

Some days don’t go as planned . The blower we’re using to get our foam and coating off roof when we scarify broke so instead of taking a break when it rains we’re in trailer getting it going.
Thanks to Grainger for getting us the parts we need.

Restoring foam roofs is not a clean easy job . We are resurfacing the old foam and then refoaming .
