Yesterday, members of the Albion team had the honor of attending the official ribbon cutting for the Academy for Innovation in Medicine (AIM), Georgia's first tuition-free, healthcare-focused public charter school ... right here in Atlanta!

Through a partnership with Grady Health System, AIM's students will gain hands-on clinical experience and a direct path into one of Georgia's highest-demand fields. With the state facing a growing healthcare workforce shortage, AIM is opening doors for the next generation of Atlanta's healthcare professionals. ✅

We were proud to play a part in bringing this facility to life, and even prouder of what it represents for the students and families who will walk through its doors. It was a pleasure to celebrate alongside our friends at the Georgia Charter Schools Association, Grady, and the many other partners who helped propel this important mission forward.

Congratulations to the entire AIM team. We can't wait to see the impact this school will have for years to come!

Some exciting news from the 2026 AGC Build Georgia Awards 🏆

At last week's AGC Georgia 2026 Annual Convention, Albion took home a 1st Place Award for the Forsyth County Denmark Library! Our President DJ Schell was in attendance to accept the award plaque on behalf of the project team led by Sr. Project Manager Daniel Donatelli & Superintendent Johnny Sherman.

Completed in Feb. 2025, Denmark Library is a 22,509 SF ground-up facility that's quickly becoming a hub for the Forsyth County community. Recognition like this means a lot to everyone who helped bring it to life, and we're grateful to Forsyth County Public Library for trusting us with such an important project.

We were also honored with a Certificate of Commendation for our 2025 safety record, earning a Zero Incidence Rate in the 50,000 to 109,999 work-hour category. This huge achievement belongs to our field teams & trade partners, whose commitment to building safely shows up on every jobsite, every day.

Congratulations again to all who made both of these accomplishments possible. This is what Building with Purpose looks like in action! ✅

What a way to spend a Sunday! Our Albion team and their families headed to Truist Park this past weekend to watch the Braves take on the Boston Red Sox, and if you ask us ... we had the best seats in the house!

From our private hospitality suite under the Chop House, we enjoyed field-level views that put everyone right on top of the action. Throw in burgers & hotdogs, cold drinks, sunshine, and plenty of laughs, and it made for an awesome afternoon together.

Getting our team members and their families together for a day like this is one of our favorite ways to say thank you. As a 100% employee-owned company, every person at Albion has a stake in what we build and how we show up for our clients.

The pride, hard work, and care our team brings to every project is what drives our success, and moments like this one are a small way to give that back.

We're proud to share that our Forsyth County Denmark Library project has earned a 1st Place Honor in the 2026 AGC Build Georgia Awards! 🏆

Completed in Feb. 2025, this 22,509 SF public library was built from the ground up on a 9.5-acre site for Forsyth County Public Library, in partnership with McMillan Pazdan Smith. From site work & structural steel to full interior buildout, the team worked thoughtfully to deliver a community-centered facility built to serve a rapidly growing population for years to come.

A HUGE congratulations goes out to our Albion team members who brought this one home! Their dedication to doing great work for our clients & communities is exactly what this recognition represents.

Thank you to Forsyth County Public Library for trusting us with such a meaningful project for your community. We're honored to have been part of it!

Yesterday, our Albion team members enjoyed a great day at the PEACE Academy Charter groundbreaking in Decatur & we are so excited so get this project off & rolling!

Over the coming months, our team will work to deliver a 20,000 SF addition to PEACE Academy's existing facility to allow the school to expand & serve students from 4th - 8th grades.

PEACE Academy’s mission to foster love, self-awareness & community through culturally affirming education makes this project especially meaningful.

Now, we’re looking forward to building a space that supports this inspiring vision and helps nurture the next generation of leaders!

Our annual Albion Christmas Lunch this past Sunday was a great reminder of what makes this team special! 🎄

Spending time with our employees & their families — from long-time team members to those who have joined us more recently — makes this tradition even more meaningful. Seeing everyone mingle, connect, and celebrate the season together is what being an employee-owned company is all about.

And of course ... Santa stopping by to surprise the kids didn’t hurt either!
