I’ve spent over two and a half decades in the dust and the details. From opening and running a luxury tile and heated floor company for six years to finishing multi-million dollar estates and partnered with developers who have designed entire neighborhoods, we know how a house goes together from the dirt up.
But as a father of four (two boys, two girls), I’m ready to bridge the gap between being a Master Craftsman and a Sovereign Developer. ( solo )
I have the hands-on experience, the local team, and a high-end project ready in Park City. What I don’t have yet are the institutional systems or the initial capital to secure land.
I am looking for a 'Seasoned Pro'—perhaps a builder or investor looking to transition toward retirement or someone who finds fulfillment in mentoring the next generation of developers.
My goal is to find a partner who can provide the capital for land acquisition and, more importantly, the mentorship to walk me through the high-level financing and systems of real estate development and how to find the deal.
