For the majority of the 23 years that I've been licensed in real estate - (20 years as my own broker) - I've mostly been focused on doing flips and remodels for myself and for clients. I did some staging on my early flips back in the day, but stopped after the styles changed from Old World/European to Transitional/Modern Farmhouse about 10 years ago. I got back into again maybe 5 years ago with 1 house worth of furniture and accessories. That has since grown to 4 houses now within the past 2 years. With so many new staging projects, I have updated my website (UltimateHomesOfUtah.com) to include a tab about my staging jobs.
