We delivered a three-phase vertical expansion for Medical City Healthcare's Heart Hospital. Here's what it included:

· Two-story infill with ED renovations
· 12-bed ICU expansion
· Vertical additions adding 28 new ICU beds and 24 PCU beds
· Shell space for future growth

Designed by Perkins&Will this 72,000 SF expansion added capacity while the hospital stayed fully operational. That kind of coordination takes the right team. Proud to deliver this one for Medical City Dallas and the community they serve.

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀.

What does cold storage look like for a leading online flower distributor? Four temperature-controlled zones ranging from 38°F to 44°F, an advanced CO2 refrigeration system, and a facility built to keep flowers fresh from storage to shipment.

We transformed an existing 350,000 SF warehouse into a Class-A distribution hub in City of Industry. The TI included dividing the space into four climate zones, installing heavy power infrastructure, and building out 50 dock doors and trailer parking to keep product moving. Each zone maintains optimal conditions for storing, preparing, packaging, and shipping fresh flowers across the Southwest and beyond.

Almost showtime! The 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 at Utah Tech University is ready for its debut this fall.

For nearly 40 years, this venue served Southern Utah as the M.K. Cox Performing Arts Center. Now, after a 51,700 SF renovation and expansion, it's ready for its next act with1,308 seats, a new balcony, expanded lobby, upgraded lighting and sound, and back-of-house spaces built for world-class performers.

This stage is now the official home of the Southwest Symphony, Southern Utah Heritage Choir, and Utah Tech's arts programming. From intimate performances to large-scale productions, City of St. George has a venue ready for whatever comes next.

Thanks to America First Credit Union for their investment in the community, Sparano + Mooney Architecture for the design, and Utah Tech University for the partnership. The show is just getting started!

Take a look inside the Monument Health Cancer Care Institute in Rapid City. This two-story addition brings together everything patients need—blood draw, infusion, brachytherapy, pharmacy, and support services—in one place.

The design prioritizes patient experience at every turn. Natural light floods the spaces. Wood ceilings guide patients through the building. Private infusion rooms offer views of the South Dakota landscape.

And the details matter too: massage services, a salon, a wig fitting room, and a double-sided fireplace anchoring the waiting area. This is nearly 60,000 SF designed to feel less like a hospital and more like a place of comfort.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿, 𝗶𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀. But when the City Winery manager in Nashville's Pie Town describes the experience with Layton as "𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲," you know something different is happening.

We recently celebrated the topping out of Ray Nashville and we're also celebrating the team who turned a years-long construction project into a masterclass in being good neighbors.

The challenges were real: Blasting 60 feet through solid rock; Dealing with an “underground waterfall”; Minimizing disruptions to the 150-year-old church across the street.

Our Ray Nashville team handled it all while making sure the community felt supported.
