๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ: Build a new city hall on a high-visibility cornerโState and Center Streetsโon the same tight site as the old one, all while maintaining police, fire, and communications lines with hundreds of citizens coming and going every day. When the city came to us mid-project wanting to remodel the library too, we made it work.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐น๐: A 72,000 SF civic center with a 270-seat council chamber, library, emergency center capability, an outdoor plaza with canopy, and flexible workspaces to serve the city for years to come. The craftsmanship is on display the moment you walk into the lobby with wood ceilings, polished concrete floors, interior glass storefronts, and exterior facades that replicate wood grain finishes.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ: After more than 200,000 work hours, we had only two minor incidents. That kind of outcome takes buy-in from every trade on site.
