On May 10th, 2013 we announced that Pantheon Construction Corporation was expanding: Novum Homes will be the new name of the home building side of the company and Pantheon Construction will now be focused on commercial construction.

Like all builders we pay a full commission to Realtors, but instead of making them wait 5-6months (until the home is built and closes) to get paid, we pay Realtors up front.
With our company, not only can you save your client $30K-$60K building versus buying a home, but you get paid the same as you would if they bought a home.

* We still pay a $5,000 referral fee to non-realtors
