We're not contractors, we're owner's representatives and provide customers with the experience, confidence and resources to tackle large outdoor projects. Our scope and fees are broken down into three categories: Planning & Design, Pre-Construction and Project Management. We help identify the scope of work, working with designers and engineers to create conceptual and working drawings, determine b

udgets, qualify contractors, solicit bids, prepare a comparative analysis, assist with material selections, manage contracts, licensing, permitting, insurance, scheduling, project management, conflict resolution, quality control, billing approvals, payment processing and lien releases and project closeout.

Hello, many of you know me as either your family member, friend, prior owner of a big landscaping company or maybe just the guy who renovated that old house on Lake Gertrude.
