We just finished a total kitchen and family room renovation. This one was stuck in the 80’s. Before we started it had a tiny 10 X 10 walled off kitchen with out dated cabinets and appliances. It had a stupid post that went all the way to the ceiling. It was bad. But look at it now.

Hey guys. Here’s our latest work. It’s a second story deck. The old deck boards were very old and rotten. We stripped them off and the owners were very worried the joist underneath may need to be replaced and frankly so was I. However we were able to save them. We had to renail a lot of it and add structural screws to pull everything back together and straight. We also added joist tape to prevent rot after the new Trex was added. If you can’t tell this deck has some weird angles to it that we had to fix as well. We also installed metal handrails. They look great and will last for many many years. As proud as I am of this deck the best part is actually underneath. Please standby for updates on that

Updated: 5/7. This is our latest project. It’s a modest home addition. It has more architectural improvements than extra space that have transformed this home to a much more balanced home and gives much more curb appeal. It’s still a work in progress so check back often for updates

We recently installed this 12 foot wide patio door. The old door was the original metal frame door. It would no longer function because the contractor cheaped out on the headers and had used a double2 x 12 with a 7/16 osb center. Pretty standard over windows or standard size doors but not over 12 feet. It had sagged about an inch in the center and pushed down on the door binding it and forcing the fixed panel out of position so the header had to be replaced first with a double LVL. To do that we had to build a temporary wall to hold up the roof while we worked. Of course the new door was not exactly the same size. 4 inches smaller actually so we had to figure out how to fill it in and make it look good. I think we did a great job it looks and works great. This is what we specialize in. 1. Figuring out the problem 2. Developing a solution that is code compliant and 3.preforming the work safely and without damaging anything else. You can’t beat 45 year experience
