BEFORE YOU SPEND $10,000 ON THAT NEW FENCE… READ THIS. 😂
I thought:
“New fence = $10,000 more home value.”
Turns out…
My house doesn’t work like a vending machine. 😂
You put $10K in…
…and Zillow doesn’t necessarily spit $10K back out.
BUT—
A new fence can still be a great investment.
Better curb appeal.
More privacy.
A safer yard for kids.
A place for the dog to run.
Less “what the hell happened to this fence?” when you pull into the driveway. 😂
The truth is, not every home improvement needs to pay for itself dollar-for-dollar.
Sometimes you’re improving the value.
Sometimes you’re improving the marketability.
And sometimes…
you’re just tired of looking at that old ugly fence. 😂
Before you drop thousands on a home project, it’s worth asking:
“Am I doing this because it adds value… or because I’m going to enjoy it?”
Both are valid answers.
