“Working with VBH was a truly positive experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the level of customer service throughout the entire process. Every question or concern was addressed quickly, and communication was always prompt, professional, and clear.
Their attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence during the build. From the craftsmanship to the follow-through on even small items, it was obvious they genuinely cared about delivering quality work and making sure everything was done right.
One thing we especially appreciated was how responsive the team was. We never felt left wondering what was happening, and they consistently followed through on commitments and timelines.
