We have some 1x6x8 all oak boards. Mixture of red and white oak. All 8’+ long and they are all fresh cut and green. 50 pieces per stack. $200 per stack. They would be great for raised bed gardens, barn siding, or rustic furniture projects. I have 2 stacks available. We will be open on Monday 3/16.

We finally got a video to load. Several people requested a video of the freshly rebuilt 6-71 working. Here you go. We will try to get a video of the saw running too.

I have tried to post videos several times with no luck. But today was our first full day of sawing. It did great! Motor is stout! The new dust rig under the edger works great!

So we sawed for the first time since December 19. We successfully sawed 1 log then part of another one. Until the governor come unhooked. It ran away with us. But thank God I got it shut down before we lost it. I don’t know what was higher. The RPMs or my heart rate 🤣🤣🤣.

The good news is. It was strong! I knew it lost power. But didn’t realize how much. We was able to saw enough lumber to finish the projects we had left. So the mill is mostly back together. We should be back in production next week.

This is an older video. Markets have actually gotten worse since the video. Our page has blown up lately. So I figured I would put this out again. The mill is currently getting “surgery”. We will try to get a video of it running when we get back going.

So a few days ago I posted a video of this 6-71 idling. Several said it was AI because it was not a real 2 stroke idle. For some reason the sound in the video was weird. But here it is screaming with a straight pipe. Definitely a 2 stroke! Definitely a 71 series. Hopefully we will have that 56” saw buried in some white oak next week. Stay tuned!
