Brockman Site Development is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Sanford! 🚧

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Accounts payable and vendor payments
✅ NTOs, lien waivers, COIs and lien-release tracking
✅ Credit-card and overhead expense entry
✅ Vendor-account reconciliation
✅ Filing and month-end assistance

Construction accounting and AP experience are required. Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum, Sage or similar accounting systems and NTOs is strongly preferred.
