As Director of the employee-led Committee, Kim leads initiatives such as stay interviews, performance reviews, company events, and team-building activities. She also participates on the Company’s Retirement Savings Plan Committee and is a trusted resource for employee feedback, healthcare questions, and workplace support.
Kim has championed workplace violence prevention programs, expanded workforce training, and recently led major updates to GWC’s HR and payroll systems - modernizing processes that hadn’t changed in over 15 years while helping ensure employees have access to the best benefits.
