Natira Jones has been creating beautiful, sustainable landscaping in Santa Barbara for over 10 years. Her family connections to Santa Barbara date back to the 1920s. As a youth, she spent much time at the family home, designed by late architect Joseph J. Plunkett, and developed a personal attachment to the city. Natira has a strong professional foundation with 10 years of experience at two leadin

g landscape architecture firms in Santa Barbara. Experienced and knowledgeable in all phases of design, including site analysis, planning, planting, irrigation, and construction management, she believes buildings and landscapes have a lasting effect on the city. Natira also has a thorough understanding of city and county requirements for projects of all sizes, whether public, commercial, or residential. Natira incorporates low water usage irrigation systems and plantings into her designs, using her extensive knowledge of native and drought tolerant plants that thrive in Santa Barbara’s unique Mediterranean climate.
