How do you spot a leak?

Leak detection tips

1) Remove any debris covering the lower portion of the wall to avoid decompose and trap the moisture.

2) Roots of weeds grow in the crack can bring the moisture inside the structure.

3) if moisture is entering through light fixtures

4) possible entrance through crack in stucco if paper is compromised
