We changed the grades for this client and created a new hinge point so water was not going at the house any more. In conjunction with the landscape designer and owner we created a 6' wide area for a dry creek bed to protect the owner from mountain runoff. The designer will now build a bed of sandstone and native plants that will create a beautiful landscape effect.

Camarillo Pool Demo. These clients elected to bury their pool to save money.We got the permit and coordinated all inspections with the inspectors at the appropriate stages of work and the owners were very happy. After we took out the perimeter flatwork around the pool we crowned the pool to flow onto existing grades to daylight out.

We were pleased to get a testimonial from the owners which reads as follows:

This was a pool demo for a widow that never used the pool anymore and the dog was the only one who used it. We took care of getting the permit and coordinated with the inspectors to complete the whole scope and detail of the project and the homeowner was delighted. Finish grades were changed and the new flow line was created from the NE to the West out into the street.

On this job the grades were so bad that they caused the sill plate to rot out and other problems with the house. We created a 2% pitch away from the house 10' out where we established a swale parallel to the house in which the owner would install drain boxes daylighting to the front of the property.The last pictures shows our cut out prep for the owners Pavers that will be going in.

This was a pool demo we did for Tri County Pools. Here we designed the backyard drainage to percolate down to the broken pool bottom floor . All the drainage flows away from the house and yard perimeters with a 2% grade into 2- 12" drain boxes we installed.

This was an emergency road we were rebuilding on Kinevan Road near West Camino Cielo. We engineered where the 5 thousand gallon water tank was going as the neighbor's were running low on their springs. I am missing the picture with the tank dropped into place.
