**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee remodeling and construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, architects,subcontractors and crew to ensure project objectives are met.
- Execute tasks with precision and efficiency, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and craftsmanship throughout the project.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure project success.
- Assist GC and Assistant GC on projects assigned.
**Requirements:**
- 10 + years of experience in remodeling and construction.
- Proficient knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
