My name is Kevin Capps and when I started my company in 2000, my goal wasn’t to become the biggest home builder in the Bay area, instead I wanted to provide a service based on the true quality and respect that I was taught my entire life. I don't look at projects as just another house to build or a transformation of an existing space, but also the quality of life that will be experienced from the work that goes into each project. At the very early age of 19 I started my career working as a carpenter in the union and for large custom home builders. After gaining many years of experience and knowledge as a carpenter I started my own framing company and completed many large scale framing projects for general contractors and developers. My work was quickly recognized by some of the home developers I was working for and my passion and eye for the detail that went into these homes. They soon asked me to start building homes from the ground up. This was the start of K.C.Customs, Inc. being recognized as more than just a framing contractor and now working with other clients as a general contractor building custom homes.

K.C.Customs, Inc. is proud to bring over 25+ years of experience and quality to every project we under take. Although we have grown over the years, our mission has remained the same — to build quality homes that exceed the expectations of our clients. Our entire team stands by this mission, and by the timeless business principles of quality, efficiency and integrity in all that we do.
