This was quite a challenging project but it turned out just as I envisioned for my client.

Client wanted to modernize the front only of her home from her old wavy and bumpy 2 coat finish for more curb appeal.

The Fix: We had to build out the bottom half of the garage 2" with a combination of foam and an inch of stucco in order to level out the wall to not have that transition anymore, followed by grinding down all of the bad patches. We then applied a base leveling coat with an integrated mesh for less cracking topped off with 2 coats of acrylic smooth trowel finish.
