A customer had a low water pressure issue, on the hot supply on multiple fixtures. This had been going on for months from what I was told. I even noticed some copper into galvanized pipe, smh.

Well, I found the problem it was due to sediments from old galvanized pipes. It was built up inside hot water supply on multiple valves, even the shower. I ended up replacing one valve at a time blowing out hot water lines into bucket removing lots of sediment. Even the shower valve had lots of sediment. Long story short, a very happy tenant and landlord

Long term solution, get rid of all that galvanized pipe.
