SpaceCamp collaborated on the design, logistics and construction of this 640 SF prefab ADU two blocks from Cowells Beach on the Westside of Santa Cruz. This is a house in Portland, Oregon where Trevor’s career as a designer and builder started. He owned this house for 17 years and converted a small garage in the back yard to an adu, built an attic dormer addition to the bathroom and renovated the entire property inside and out.
