We recently discovered a water leak in our home - we’re on a concrete slab so and the leak is underground. Yikes. Thankfully we caught it quickly. Given the age of our home we decided to move forward with a full repiping and installation of a tankless water heater (along with new gas line). We had a few bids and Duncan was the clear winner. Nick spent around 3 hours with me in person over the span of a few days, making sure to capture multiple alternates and respective pricing. He was extremely thorough in coming up with the estimates - taking several measurements and photos, looking for the least disruptive ways to accomplish the work, and taking the time to carefully explain, in plain English, how everything would happen. In addition, we obviously had multiple phone calls with the front desk and each person we spoke with was so kind, quick to answer, and just flat out down to earth and pleasant to work with. I had an urgent problem with a water heater pilot light. Duncan Plumbing was extremely communicative and fast in organizing a visit as soon as possible. JC came out, inspected the issue and resolved it, in addition to sharing his expert advice on both the state of the water heater and some other plumbing issues that I brought to his attention, even though we hadn't planned to discuss them. Nicole then followed up the day after to check in on how things went. Overall, I am quite happy with their service and communication, and I fully intend to seek their help in the future. Feels good to support a high-quality local business who care about their customers.
