Finally started the demolition on our Kitchen remodel project for a client...see the transformational pictures on the next post..Opened up the wall between the kitchen and Dining room (where desk is); and created a CAD drawing of the new space.

Bathroom remodel to a 1930’s 300 sq ft cottage coming up soon. Lathe and plaster walls, k**b and tube wiring...should be fun. They want a more modern look, so we will be removing the tub and placing in the garden.
