So this year has proved to be our toughest yet. This pandemic has made us, and everyone else change the way we do business. We have had to adapt and modify our working standards, so that we may continue to provide the quality service you are accustomed to, while practicing social distance protocols. Though business has taken a severe hit, we are moving forward as best we can.

Irrigation systems are down for the season and maintenance is done as well. This means its time for our end of season Pick-Ups, Dump Runs, and one-time Yard Clean-Ups. We have already started our holiday run and have some room on the schedule we would like to fill. There are some requirements this time due to the mandates, but we will work with you as best we can.

$50 Pick-Ups - Must be ready to load on trailer. Bagged/Boxed or Small Pile/Small Loose items.

$75 Dump Run - Must be ready to load on trailer. Large Items, Furniture, Couches, Appliances, or Large Pile/Loose Items

$150 Yard Clean - Raking, Leaf Blowing, Minor Trimming and Haul Away.

W**d Removal, Waste Removal, Maintenance and Construction Services are still available, and all Covid-Safe social distancing measures will be followed. Hello Facebook Friends and Family! Got some exciting news for you all!
Though this has been a very slow winter, I've taken some time to further my knowledge in this field of building I love so much. I have been taking the steps to become a Certified & Licensed Home Inspector and it is now OFFICIAL!

Say hello to Henry Vasquez, CPI, Certified Professional Inspector. We will be launching inspections very soon and look forward to helping people into their new homes. Thank you all for the support and I am excited about the year to come!

Well Facebook Family, it has definitely been a great year for us and we appreciate all of your continued business. Here are just a few pictures from the summer, and as we near the end of fall, our maintenance comes to an end as well.

With that, we are scheduling our End Of Season Dump Runs. This is a one time service where we come and pick up your piles of trash, debris & waste, and haul it away to the dump for you. It is a simple service with simple guidelines. If you do require a Yard Cleaning, please let us know and we can schedule that for you.

Guidelines For Pick-Up Service

1. You- must pile your own trash, debris etc. in your driveway or yard. There is NO Yard Cleaning Service offered in this, we will just pick-up your piles, load in our trailer, and haul away.

2. Pile can be as tall as you can make it, but no more than a full truckload. You must follow all the rules of the local County Waste Management, we won't/can't accept any Paints, Oils, Gases or toxic chemicals of any sort.

3. We will accept big items such as Dishwashers, Washers/Dryers, Ovens, Refrigerators etc. You Must let us know if we are picking up big items Beforehand, as we schedule all Appliances for same day pick-up.

4. This service is $50 and only available for the final weeks of November, as we are finalizing our seasonal work for the year. We have a limited amount of pick-ups per day, and spots always fill up fast before the holidays.

That's it folks, simple and straightforward! You make the Pile, We make the Pile Disappear! We Thank You again, for you continued business and hope you have a great Holiday Season.

First, let us start by saying Thank You!

Wow! That is really all I can say so far. We are 2/3 of the way through the year and you guys have kept us Soo busy! We started this year off running and don't think we have stopped. We dealt with all the usual suspects this year as well. Weather, late deliveries, product delays, other contractors holding things up, but we managed to make it out in one piece.
There were times we worked non-stop through the whole week, and times we were twiddling thumbs, but kept busy thanks to all you wonderful clients!

We would also like to apologize to all the clients we Couldn't get to. We are very sorry we can't make it to everyone, everytime. We are a small, but mighty crew, and can only spread ourselves so much. We would never rush one job, and lack in quality, just to gain another. Our schedule has leveled off a little bit now, so please call again if you still need work done. We will try and get as many of you as we can!
