ARCHITECTURAL PRECISION. ENDURING CRAFTSMANSHIP.

A seamless connection between indoors and out is more than a design statement. It is an expression of thoughtful engineering, precision, and exceptional craftsmanship.

At Captivating, expansive walls of glass and custom steel detailing dissolve the boundaries between interior living spaces and the Santa Fe landscape.

Every architectural transition is intentional. Every detail contributes to a home where design and construction work in perfect harmony.

This extraordinary Las Campanas residence earned five distinctions at the 2018 Haciendas Parade of Homes, including the prestigious Grand Hacienda, Best Craftsmanship, Best Design, Best Outdoor Living Space, and Best Kitchen.

ARCHITECTURE FROM ABOVE | A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

From above, architecture tells a different story.

The geometry of a roofline. The relationship between structures. The careful placement of courtyards, pathways, and outdoor spaces.

What appears effortless at ground level reveals an extraordinary level of planning, coordination, and craftsmanship when viewed from the sky.

Each residence is a unique response to its architecture, its surroundings, and the vision of those who call it home.

Across Santa Fe’s high-desert landscape, these aerial perspectives reveal the individuality of custom homebuilding—and the complexity behind bringing exceptional designs to life.

Different visions. Distinctive architecture. One commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.

SANCTUARY | Art Lives Here

In Sanctuary, art isn’t simply displayed. It becomes part of the architecture.
From the moment you enter, the home unfolds almost like a private gallery—long sightlines, quiet walls, carefully considered lighting and spaces designed to give each piece room to command attention.

Bold contemporary works bring color and energy to a restrained material palette. Sculpture occupies unexpected moments. Custom millwork becomes both functional and architectural. Stone, wood, glass and art move together from one space to the next.

Even the transitions matter.
A hallway becomes a gallery.
A dining room becomes a backdrop for collected works.
Built-in cabinetry creates another layer of craftsmanship.
Windows frame the landscape as naturally as the walls frame the art.

The result is a home that feels deeply personal—created not only around how its owners live, but around the things they have chosen to collect and love.

Sanctuary. Art lives here.

SANCTUARY | Where architecture meets the landscape.

Set within the high desert of Santa Fe, Sanctuary begins with a sense of place.
From a distance, the home settles quietly into its surroundings. As you approach, its architecture begins to reveal itself through layers of native stone, warm stucco, sculptural walls and carefully framed views of the mountains beyond.

The experience of arrival was considered at every scale.

A long approach draws you toward the home. Massive stone elements anchor the architecture to the land. At the entry, light, texture and a custom glass-and-metal door create a transition from the expansive landscape outside to the more intimate spaces within.

Beyond, the architecture opens again.

Generous portals extend the living spaces outdoors, creating places for gathering, dining and quiet evenings overlooking the high desert. Stone, fire, water and landscape become part of the home rather than simply surrounding it.
It is a home designed not just to occupy its setting, but to belong to it.

Sanctuary.

Fall feels different in Santa Fe.
Warm days linger, evenings turn cooler, and the light takes on that unmistakable autumn glow.
It’s the season for opening the doors, settling into the portal and watching the last light move across the high desert.
In the homes we build, outdoor living isn't an afterthought. It’s part of the architecture—spaces designed to connect home, landscape and the rhythms of life in Northern New Mexico.
And this time of year, there may be no better room in the house than the one without walls.
This is fall in Santa Fe.

What is your favorite detail from Zen?!!

Sometimes the smallest details define the entire experience.

Texture. Material. Light.
Every choice, intentional.

Even the details were designed to feel quiet.

ZEN | DESIGNED FOR THE LAND

From above, the relationship becomes clear.

Zen was designed not simply to sit within the high desert, but to become part of it.

Low horizontal lines follow the landscape. Expanses of glass open the home toward distant mountain views. Outdoor living spaces extend beyond the architecture, while the home's warm, grounded palette settles naturally among the piñon and juniper.

And overhead, the ever-changing New Mexico sky becomes part of the experience.

From this perspective, you can see the balance that defines Zen—architecture and landscape, shelter and openness, precision and nature.

A home shaped by its surroundings and designed to experience them.

Zen.

One more look from above before we take you inside.

At Zen, the landscape isn't simply the view.

It's part of the architecture.

Walls of glass frame the high desert like living works of art, drawing Santa Fe's changing light, expansive skies and distant landscape into the home.

Throughout the residence, there is a deliberate balance between openness and shelter, strength and softness, architecture and nature.

Steel and glass bring precision. Wood and natural materials bring warmth. Carefully composed spaces create moments of both gathering and solitude.

It's an approach influenced by the same principles found throughout Japanese design—the beauty of simplicity, an appreciation for natural materials, and the belief that the spaces around us can create a sense of calm.

Inside becomes outside.

Light becomes material.

And the landscape becomes part of daily life.

Zen.
