66 square hand nail re-roofed with IKO Dynasty 30 year architectural shingle, Driftshake color, Stinger synthetic underlayment, the reliable ABC Hot Dipped Galvanized hand nails as always, and a ridge vent to keep that attic breathing.

The guys got it all done before lunch time, the owner was highly impressed with the efficiency of the teams work and the professionalism & integrity of our sales team and he's ready to have us re-roof his commercial business next.

49 square hand nail in Brazoria County, going on with TAMKO Titan XT in Black Walnut color, Stinger synthetic felt & cap nails to keep it waterproofed, completely re-decked with 1/2” CDX, ridge vent to keep that big attic properly ventilated and the AC bill down.

Thanks to Rojer and his crew we got it all done quickly for this owner and he was thoroughly impressed with our work so we’re on to the next job he has for us, we thank you for the hospitality Mr. Lee! 😎

48 Squares complete Re-deck with 1/2 CDX, Laid down stinger synthetic felt with stinger cap nails, ice/water shield in the valleys, then laid down our TAMKO Titan XT in Black Walnut color, hand nailed 6 nails per shingle to pass for the certificate of compliance through the state of Texas (WPI-8).

The owner was thoroughly impressed and stated he would love to use us for multiple of his other properties that he owns in the area, we really appreciate you gifting us the opportunity to gain your trust and earn your business Mr. Lee. 😎
