We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape/Hardscape Construction Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of various landscape and hardscape projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Plan and oversee the construction of various landscape and hardscape projects, including but not limited to patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, water features, and planting installations
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in landscape and hardscape construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of workers
- Extensive knowledge of landscape and hardscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints (not a must, but a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
