This month, we wrapped our project for Paulding Middle School just in time for the new school year! This mixed-use building is a combination of new administrative offices and classrooms which offer students and staff a modern, functional space designed to support learning and growth for years to come.
This project was one of Edwards’ design builds, meaning we were involved in pre-construction and worked in collaboration with the architect throughout the design phase to stay within budget and identify and reduce any challenges before construction began.
As always, Edwards was proactive in maintaining the safety of students and faculty during construction on an active campus.

Welcome to our Wednesday Walk-Thru showcasing project updates from some of our sites!

Our newest venture, the KIPT Housing Project located in beautiful Isla Vista, has broken ground. We’re excited to take you along on the journey of watching this build come to life. To start, our subs have been doing some underground utility work before moving on to the next portion of this project.

Paulding Middle School in the heart of Arroyo Grande is finishing some major pours and is almost close to completion. We can’t wait to share this one when it’s all the way done!

The Arroyo Grande Auxiliary Gym is coming up (literally). Our masonry crew has been hard at work building the walls of this building brick by brick.

Santa Maria High School is getting a summer makeover with its new parking lot.
