While this one certainly was not a walk in the park, ingenuity and perseverance eventually gave way to a lush, contemporary landscape.

6th Helena forced us to understand and embrace limits from the planning stages, and work them into design solutions; ultimately creating the seemingly impossible.

Ample space for outdoor living and entertaining, luxury, and notable design elements were the recipe to making this warm, well-thought architecture and landscape come to life.
