Even in the final stages of a luxury build, things don’t always go as planned. On our Seagrove Beach custom home, the template crew didn’t template the correct area for the Taj Mahal quartzite window wall, which led to it being installed incorrectly. We got them back out immediately, re-templated the full window wall, and it’s now in rush production. We’re expecting it to be correctly installed within the next few days. At BUILD127, problems are part of the process but how you respond to them is everything. We’re problem solvers at heart and we won’t move on until it’s done right. That’s the commitment every one of our clients can count on.
