Compensation: hourly/salary, plus commission/ DOE

Job title: Roofing Estimator/ Sales
One of Sonoma County’s leading roofing companies is looking for a motivated roofing estimator to join our close knit team!

You’ll get:

Weekly pay. Salary/ hourly/ commission DOE and is negotiable, Paid sick time, 401k with maximum company match of 3.5%. Company estimating vehicle and private office provided and ready to go!

Family work environment with a long term, established company with extensive back log of work

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing or similar trade, sales/estimating experience strongly preferred. General computer knowledge/ ability to learn our estimating software. Must be personable, organized, and punctual. Ability to relate to different personality styles. Maintain a solid knowledge base of our products, roofing processes, and industry norms. Must have clean California DL

Be able to carry, set-up and climb up and down ladder

Responsibilities:
Represent company professionally as our first in person impression on potential clients. Drive to multiple sites daily to evaluate existing condition of and provide bids for all aspects of roofing, gutters, repairs, and maintenance. Help coordinate ordering of necessary materials based on projects sold.
