We were out in the beautiful Spring Lake area of Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa, CA, pumping a high-end residential pool deck.

A late pour or a backup on site can happen for a million different reasons, but the absolute last thing a contractor or finishing crew needs is for a pump to break down while a mixer truck is sitting there waiting with hot mud. For this backyard project, we brought out our brand new Schwing line pumps that won't fail on site, backed by experienced operators.

We made sure to protect the customer's property from damage from our hose, and we know exactly how to place the concrete properly to make the finishers' job easy and keep the whole project running smoothly.

Best of all? When the pour was done, we washed out cleanly and left absolutely zero concrete behind on site. No mess, no equipment failures—just professional placement from start to finish.

When we say no job is too far or too tough for Redwood Concrete Pump, we mean it! We are checking in from a breathtaking, high-end mountain estate out in St. Helena, CA, where our crew just pulled off an absolute beast of a pour.

Because of the steep, tight-access mountain terrain and zero staging space near the backyard, our rig had to sit a massive 1,200 feet away from the placement site. That is nearly a quarter of a mile of concrete line laid out on a steep mountain road!

Sending concrete that far uphill requires serious horsepower, precise hose management, and a skilled crew who knows exactly how to look for and prevent line plugs. Our amazing team executed a flawless, continuous flow to pour a garden retaining wall at this luxury property—and packed out leaving the estate completely clean and immaculate.
