What is the work culture at Structures like?

With our small business model, we have created a close professional environment that allows our employees to do what they do best while continuing to grow their knowledge of structural engineering. Our employees are the backbone of the company. Without them, we would not have grown into the organization we are today.

We provide professional development for all our employees to keep them at the forefront of engineering. Whether you are a long-time engineer or fresh out of school, there is always something new to learn.

But it's not all work and no play. Work-life balance is important to us. Somedays, we head out to catch an afternoon Cardinals game or a round of golf. We love to celebrate the holidays together and have summer BBQs to celebrate a long weekend.

The best part of working with us is that we look out for each other. Our experienced engineers mentor our younger engineers, while our younger engineers always bring enthusiasm and curiosity. Our firm is locally owned and operated by experienced engineers committed to our client's visions and goals.
