The last weeks project. This addition was started directly on asphalt, with no foundation. We excavated around the structure, undermined it, installed a footer and foundation wall. Next we removed the old concrete patio, removed topsoil from the new garage and driveway, and graded the soil around the new garage. The last step was to install the stone in the garage, new patio area, and the driveway. On to the next one….

Been busy the last couple weeks. Almost 700 tons of stone into a new gravel lot, 660’ of drainage pipe for a buddy, and cleaning up a new home site that was begun/abandoned in 2014 (pumped 5’ of water out of what will hopefully be a new basement, even rescued some fish).
