Job description
Looking for experienced carpenters for Commercial/Industrial jobs. Applicant must have at least 3+ years of experience to apply. This is a contract position but has the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person. Must have OSHA 10 and be able to pass an observed drug and alcohol screening.
Must have experience in:
• Wood Framing
• Metal Stud Framing
• Door & Window Installation
• Drywall
• Ability to read & interpret blueprints and specifications.
Requirements:
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients

They will oversee the overall safety of the project and ensure all personnel have resources to perform their work safely.
Qualifications:

Duties will include:
- Perform various carpentry tasks such as installing plywood, setting doors and windows and lap siding.

Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must work overtime as required
- Must provide all hand tools (i.e. tape measure, squares, hammer,
tool belt, chalk line etc...)
- Must have basic PPE (i.e. work boots, hard hat)
