Every once in a while, an install throws us a curveball. This attic installation in SW Florida came with a couple of challenges—the new unit didn’t fit through the attic access, and we ended up with a bad thermostat right out of the box.

Not every job goes exactly as planned, but our team stayed late, worked through the issues, and had this new 5-ton, 2-stage heat pump up and running before nightfall.

We greatly appreciate customers who understand that sometimes the unexpected happens. In the end, our customer was happy, comfortable, and sleeping in a cool house that night—and that’s what matters most.
