✨ A New Transformation Is Underway!

We’re starting the exterior transformation of this home with our professional painting restoration service.

Before applying the new color, our team is carefully preparing the surface by repairing cracks, wall imperfections, and damaged areas to create a smooth, clean foundation for the new finish.

This home is going from a bright yellow exterior to a much more modern, elegant, and updated color combination.

As always, we carefully protect the customer’s property throughout the entire process and use professional-grade Sherwin-Williams products for a durable, high-quality finish.

✨ Another exterior improvement completed by Daria’s Multiservices!

This two-day project was completed at a property where we had previously worked on the pool area, and this time our team returned to complete additional exterior upgrades.

We professionally repainted the soffit in white using Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial DTM, and also completed the installation of a new gutter system.

As always, before beginning any painting work, our team carefully protects the customer’s property, covering all necessary areas to help prevent overspray and keep the worksite clean and organized.

✨ A Clearer View, Stronger Structure & Premium Screen Protection!

For this project, our team completed a full pool cage rescreen using premium materials designed for durability and a clean, professional finish.

🌴 For the approximately 58 ft panoramic clear-view section, we installed 17×20 Super Screen®, helping preserve that beautiful open view while providing excellent strength and durability.

🕸️ For the rest of the enclosure, we completed a full rescreen using 20×20 Super Screen® No-See-Um, offering enhanced protection against tiny insects while maintaining great visibility.

🔩 We also upgraded the lower fasteners with 6-inch stainless steel screws, allowing for deeper anchoring into the concrete for a stronger, more secure connection. Each fastener was finished with a protective plastic cap to create a clean, elegant look that blends beautifully with the existing bronze structure.

After three days of work, this pool enclosure has been completely transformed — from its original White finish to beautiful Mannix Bronze, with new hardware, fresh paint, and a complete rescreen.

For this project, our customer needed extra protection because they have dogs, so we customized the screen installation to fit their needs:

🕸️ 20×20 No-See-Um Screen on the upper sections for enhanced protection against tiny insects
🐾 17×20 Super Screen® along the lower row for added strength and durability in the areas most exposed to their dogs
🔩 Marine-grade stainless steel screw replacement
🎨 Complete repainting in Mannix Bronze
✨ Full rescreen and professional final cleanup

📍 DAY 2 — CAPE CORAL, FL | WHAT A DIFFERENCE! 🤎✨

And here it is… today’s painting process is complete!

This pool cage started with a white finish, and after careful preparation, complete protection of the surrounding property, and two coats of Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial DTM, the structure has been completely transformed in beautiful Mannix Bronze.
