One of my bath tub to sat and up shower conversions. Pulled the tub and all the old tile and plumbing, did a whole new shower with Hardie board, new shower pan, red guard water seal, and some nice tile work, with a nitch and 2 shelves

Not quite done yet, but just wanted to show off one of my jobs on siesta key after the hurricane. Two bedroom two bathroom, we cut down the wall in the middle of the living room to make a wet bar and new floors. Getting ready to install new trim today and kitchen cabinets are coming., stay tuned. I will be posting a video of the final product and yes, this is a vacation rental on Siesta key for anyone who might be interested.

After the mind blowing hurricane, all our condos here at Beachaven have suffered catastrophic damage from flooding.
- I have to give the upmost credit to our property manager Ania Paduch, for being so well prepared and organized. She had a restoration and clean up company here within a day, with 3 enormous dumpsters, and they had a crew of 15-20 guys hauling out damaged furniture and getting peoples walls cut. Putting blowers in all the units. She was so well coordinated and on top of everything. Thank you Ania.

This renovation consisted of removing Al the old trim and installing new wider trim, baseboards and door trim. Scraped down the popcorn ceiling, painted the entire place. Installed new Lifeproof flooring. Tore down the walls in the master bathroom, and replaced the ceiling. Installed new lighting in both bathroom on dimmer switches. Installed new vanities in both bathrooms. Installed all new doors, hung blinds, and new ceiling fan, and a few other small things.
