- Construction experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities in the field
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be willing to get your hands dirty and work alongside the team
- Must be able to juggle multiple jobs and tasks efficiently
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Ability to think on the spot and make decisions in the field
- Must be able to work out in the sun for long periods of time
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to run equipment and heavy machinery preferred
- Common sense is a must!!!!
