Now known as Ackerman Plumbing, Inc., when third generation Master Plumber Eric Ackerman took over the company, since this time Ackerman’s capabilities have been applied extensively in the plumbing market, with operations in New York State and Florida. Ackerman Plumbing, Inc. is unique because it has partnered with various Plumbing Unions, which helps us facilitate simpler employment negotiations, employee satisfaction, less turnover and provides us with set agreements making related costs of business more predictable. Union plumbers are the most highly qualified craftsmen in the industry. Completing a rigorous training program, which includes strong general education in the trade, core courses in basics such as math, science, drafting, welding and other pipe trade related courses, make our plumbers stand out in the industry. With Union backing we are able to a stay ahead of the curve and remain competitive in the industry by having our plumbers frequently expand their knowledge with continuing educational training and certifications in specialized areas of our trade.
