Premier Choice Group and DuCon are getting on the court for Pickleball for Education, and we’re bringing the community with us.

Yes, we’re coming to compete.

DuCon is already involved in the USF mentorship program, where we get the chance to support students, share what we’ve learned, and help young people build a stronger foundation for their future.

🏓🎓 DuCon is proud to partner with Premier Choice Group to present the inaugural Pickleball for Education Tampa—benefiting USF Athletics and the Hillsborough Education Foundation.

On Thursday, August 27, we’re bringing Tampa Bay’s business and community leaders together in Ybor City for an evening of competition, connection and, most importantly, impact through education.

At DuCon, we believe building stronger communities requires more than constructing great buildings. It requires investing in the people, education and opportunities that allow our communities to thrive.

A momentous milestone in the redevelopment of the Royal Street parking lot and Army Navy Store site in Tampa, FL.

We’re proud to share that this project received unanimous approval from the City of Tampa Council to move forward with the purchase and turnover of the site to our development team, marking a huge step forward in bringing this vision to life for our community.

Team DuCon Construction LLC. had the privilege of supporting our CEO, Ernie DuBose, as he delivered the keynote address for the Collegiate Leadership Tampa Bay Chamber Graduation Program at the University Club.

This moment represented far more than a speaking engagement. It was an opportunity to pour into the next generation of leaders through honest conversations around perseverance, leadership, identity, discipline, resilience, and purpose.

As a member of the Tampa Bay Chamber Board of Directors, Ernie continues to demonstrate the importance of leadership that extends beyond business — leadership rooted in impact, mentorship, and service to community.
