We are seeing a lot of issues with cheap off brand products that customers are purchasing from online retailers such as Amazon and Wayfair. We have seen these products leak right out of the box or within the first week. Most concerning is that many of these products contain unsafe levels of lead and carcinogens.

At Next Level Plumbing we have made the decision to not install any non brand name products that do not meet our codes and safety standards. Be sure to only purchase known brand name products such as Moen, Kohler, Delta, etc. Here is a link to a blog on our website which contains a list of recalled products from the consumer product safety commission.
