In doing so, we hope to enhance our reputation as a quality structural engineering firm and increase our level of commitment and involvement in the well being of our state and our community. was founded by Richard Wilson in Colorado Springs, Colorado on January 1,1997. Using a variety of contact employees, this one person firm completes a number of projects, large and small, in both Colorado and Florida. With a growing demand from Florida market, the firm relocated in late 1998 to Sarasota, Florida. Wilson Structural Consultants began adding full time staff and key personnel, which would eventually form the nucleus of a rapid growing and successful structural engineering firm. Today Wilson Structural Consultants is one of the largest engineering firms in the area and has an excellent reputation statewide. As Wilson Structural Consultants matures, we continue to expand our markets and services throughout the state of Florida and beyond. Our knowledge base and roster of talent continues to broaden, and with it, so too does the scope and complexity of our project, and our ability to provide quality services to our clients. We recently joined forces with Karins Engineering, it is our belief that with this merger we will continue to develop as professionals focused on being as integral part of the expansion and development of the Florida markets.
