We’re teeing up something special 🏌️‍♂️

Lee Wetherington Homes has been selected as one of just three designated builders at Soleta, a private golf club community in Myakka City!

We recently hosted our realtor partners at our Sand Dollar model to break the news and share all the details. Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us. Swipe through for a few favorite moments from the evening 📸

Here’s what makes Soleta so special: only 93 homesites across 537 acres, with 150 acres kept as preserve. A Nick Price designed course that Golf Digest named one of the best new private courses in America (the only one in Florida to make the list). Oak hammocks, private trails, and a club village on the way with resort-style pools, dining, and more.

We’ll be building on half to one-acre homesites, so you can start from one of our inspiration plans or design something completely your own with our in-house architect.
