Sales for The Mark condominium development exceeded $160 million.

Kolter Urban, a West Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm, is pleased to announce the sellout of Mark Sarasota, with sales exceeding $160 million. This 157-residence luxury condominium designed by HOYT Architects, which broke ground in August 2017, is located just south of Main Street on the corner of Pineapple Avenue and State Street, and is slated for completion in Fall 2019.
