We are 12 months into construction on this modern ranch in Northern Georgia. Our site visit was a whirlwind three days of meetings with the builder, cabinetry maker, tile setters, stone masons, pool contractor, electrician and landscape architects. The dynamic rooflines shape phenomenal spaces and frame the picturesque views of the rolling hills.

Just say Ahhhhhh..... a beautiful water feature that also forms a backdrop separating formal and less formal spaces. We love the tranquility this fountain brings to the main entrance.

Happy holidays from the TROP team! We celebrated the end of the year with a fun-filled two-day adventure in Ocala. Highlights were glass-bottom kayaking in Silver Springs Park and canyon zip-lining. It has been an incredible year focused on several outstanding projects. We're so grateful for our clients, colleagues, and community who made this year so memorable.
