We have completed the LiMWA line foundation with Dynan Construction Co. The LIMWA or Limit of Moderate Wave Action is an
informational line on a FEMA flood map that shows how far dangerous waves (1.5
to 3 ft.) can travel inland during a major flood. The LiMWA designation requires a
more rigorous design and construction standard of a coastal high hazard area. Stay Tuned for more Progress Updates!

We’re staring to see more interest in ICF construction these days and it’s easy to see why. ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction are interlocking foam blocks that are filled with concrete. Once the concrete is poured, the foam stays in place and insulates the home.

The result is a wall system that’s strong, quiet, energy efficient, and built to hold up against any Florida weather, with added resistance to fire and outside noise.
